Fase 1

All start of a sketch by the customer. On this base we developed an estimated cost.




Fase 2

At the confirmation of the work, we measure the room, and we develop the autocad draws and the samples.




Fase 3

With the draws and the samples accepted, start the cycle of production.

The entire production cycle takes place in our plant.




Design

A highly professional team design the complete series of our current and special products.




The laser-cut

The laser-cut working consent the high precision to the cut of the inlays.


Jointing

Of particular importance are the jointing of veneering Rand the composition of curls and of briers.


Sectioning

The dried timber, once sectioned and planed, is ready for further working..

Finishings

We have the greatest care for the finishing cycle which - from the initial aging to the final padding - consists in 6-9 phases according to the result required.
This procedure guarantees the transparency of varnishings and the smoothness of surfaces with a richness that can be seen and touched.

Sides
In poplar multy-layer thickness 37-40mm, covered in European veneers or mahogany, with wood on the faces.
Supporting structure
The supporting structure is secluded and in wood.
Shelves
In poplar multy-layer thickness 25/30mm., covered on the sides in European veneers or mahogany with wood worked on the faces.
The glass shelves are in crystal thickness 8/10mm.
Back and bottom of drawers
In poplar multy-layer thickness 8mm. Covered in European veneers or mahogany.
For the fir compositions are in uni-layer thickness 12/18mm.
Ante
In poplar multy-layer thickness 15mm, covered in European veneers or mahogany, with structure in wood, usually we use the cherry-wood, toulipier-wood or oak.
For the compositions in briar or inlays we use fibre panels, for avoid the crack of veneers.
The glass are in crystal thickness 25/30mm.
Hinges
Are in brass or brassed iron, adjustable.
Boiserie
The structure is in wood thickness 40/45mm, auto-bearing similar at the doors, with poplar multy layer thickness 20mm, covered in European veneer or mahogany.
For the compositions in briar or inlays we use fibre panels, for avoid the crack of veneers.
For the fir comp0sitions are in uni-layer thickness 18mm
Cornice
Is in regolable in poplar multy-layer covered, with cornice in wood.
Base
In toulipier covered in European veneers or mahogany.
For the fir compositions are in uni-layer thickness 18mm
Glue
Vinyl glue and ureich glue with a bit contents of formaldeide. 0,2- 0,4 (DIN 68705 part. 2)
Finishing
Water-tains, poliurethan primers and polyester, primers (shiny gloss. For finishing: polyurethan or Nitro - cellulose carnish and shellac beeswax.

(*) The European veneers are cherry, walnut, ash, oak, beech, birch, chestnut, fir.


Maintenance

If request, with a small contribution, we furnish a Kit of repair, for freshen up the furniture or to make up at thin scratches, marks or stains.
This Kit contains virgin bee-wax, cotton wool, steel wool, a walnut color felt-marker.

Instructions

To rub-off thin scratches, marks or stains follow these steps :

Rub along the wood grains ( not in circle ) the area to be treated, gradually increasing pressure until the damage disappear in part or completely.
If the rubbing action is light, just remove the powder with cotton wool.
If scratches do not disappear, rub the entire suface energetically with steel wool and remove the powder

Rub in circle with a the whole area to be treated.

Immediatelly after wipe the surface taking care to use the dry side of the cotton wool until the former shine is restored.

The marker may be used for small retouching of the spots where the varnish has been accidentally removed. For best result wait 2 hours before retouching.
